Scope of service
Mohaseb Ai provides bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, bank reconciliation, and the preparation and filing of tax and zakat returns on the client's behalf
The service does not include audit or statutory review of financial statements, which remain the remit of licensed audit firms
Subscription and payment
Pricing is based on monthly expense volume, number of branches and connected channels as set out on the pricing page
If plan limits are exceeded we notify the client before upgrading, and only the price difference is charged
Client responsibilities
The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete data and the access permissions needed for the platforms to be connected
Output accuracy depends on input accuracy; any missing data is reported to the client and never estimated
Cancellation
The subscription may be cancelled with one month's notice. The data remains the client's property and can be exported at any time
Liability
We exercise due professional care in delivering the service. We are not liable for penalties arising from the client's delay in providing documents or permissions
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is heard before the competent judicial authorities in Jeddah
