The data we collect
We collect the contact details you give us (name, business name, mobile number, email address), and the accounting and operational data that reaches us from the platforms you connect to your account, such as your store, POS, payment gateways and bank account
We do not collect payment card data, and we never ask for your bank passwords. Bank access runs through an open banking provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank, with read-only permission
Where the data is stored
Your data is stored inside Saudi Arabia on secured servers, encrypted in transit and at rest
Your data is never used to train any external AI model, and is not shared with any third party except to deliver the service or under a lawful request
Retention period
We retain accounting data for the duration of the subscription and for the statutory period afterwards, in line with ZATCA regulations
When the subscription ends you can export your data as Excel or PDF, and we delete it after the statutory period at your request
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data within the limits of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law
